Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking a Product Line Architect to drive hardware product direction across Peloton Bike, Tread, and Row, reporting to the Director of Product Line Architecture. The role focuses on translating the voice of the customer into technical requirements for design, testing, and manufacturing teams to deliver world-class products.

You will lead and influence cross-functional teams, collaborate with ODMs and JDM partners, and ensure alignment with product strategy, manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and collaboration across Product Management, Design, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Experience with design for manufacturing, assembly and packaging.
• Knowledge of ODM, JDM, and CM partnerships; internal vs external ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop program direction for Peloton HW initiatives in alignment with Product Manager and executives.
• Monitor and adjust program strategies with cross-functional leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams with contractors to resolve issues and drive PDP-compliant product development.
• Promote DFM and Lean Engineering for every Peloton product.
• Develop and manage hardware requirements documentation and master test plans.
