Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to ensure hardware quality from design to mass production. You will lead risk assessments, define plans, and drive root-cause investigations with corrective actions, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Service and Repair.

Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 6+ years in product development with 3+ in quality for electro-mechanical products, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years in product development with 3+ years in a quality role for complex electro-mechanical products.
• Experience with NPI cycles and driving quality improvements during development.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams to resolve critical quality issues.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and quality tools (Minitab, JMP).

Responsibilities

• Perform early risk assessments (FMEA/NUD) and define mitigation/test plans.
• Drive alignment across Quality functions: Supplier, Field, Reliability, Failure Analysis, Safety.
• Lead cross-functional response to escalations using 8D/RCCA methods.
• Define and audit quality processes at FATP sites to meet targets.
• Develop predictive models to estimate warranty rates from field data.
• Communicate risks, mitigations, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders.
• Influence partners to implement quality improvements for field performance.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
