Qualifications

• Ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% initially.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle program execution for hardware product development from concept through production.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, communicating timelines, specs and status.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets and risks to meet financial and operational targets.
• Lead decision-making under ambiguity to maintain program momentum.
