Job summary

Insight Global in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary product development initiatives for a clean-energy technology client.

You will own programs from definition through manufacturing handoff and production ramp, driving executive decisions, managing risks, and coordinating with engineering, reliability, supply chain and manufacturing. Jira and data systems will enable transparency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading cross-functional technical programs in hardware products.
• Experience spanning Electrical/Mechanical/controls/software/systems, test, reliability, manufacturing, supply chain.
• Experience with NPI and manufacturing handoff and readiness (BOM maturity, supplier readiness, test strategy).
• Leadership of portfolios including tactical and multi-year roadmap drivers.
• Experience reducing field and factory failures using quality/reliability methods (FMEA, RCA, MTBF/MTTR).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex hardware product development programs from definition to production ramp.
• Frame tradeoffs and resolve cross-functional conflicts; drive alignment.
• Communicate with senior leadership and external partners; provide program visibility.
• Partner with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Drive manufacturing readiness and scale through NPI and production ramp; readiness.
• Improve program transparency and collaboration using Jira and data systems.
• Identify risks early; lead mitigation across teams.
