You will coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure on-time, within-budget execution and clear stakeholder communication. The role emphasizes technical program leadership, NPI experience, and the ability to mentor junior program managers while driving robust processes across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or program management delivering complex hardware/software.
• Strong technical background in engineering, aerospace, RF, or telecom.
• Experience with NPI, ramp-up and production readiness.
• Excellent communication to influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Customer-facing ability to explain complex issues to executives.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS; Master's or PMP advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development from concept through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables.
• Act as senior technical interface for customers and partners.
• Drive design verification, quality, certification and production readiness.
• Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers on procurement and ramp-up.
• Establish program management processes and mentor junior managers.
