Celestica seeks a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager in Austin, TX to lead planning and execution of complex hardware projects. You will direct design and technical engineers, manage cross-functional teams, and align program outcomes with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include governance, budgeting, risk management, and delivering on cost, quality, schedule and customer needs while coaching team members and communicating with senior leadership.

Competenze

• 11 to 14 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global programs and teams.
• Ability to present to and influence business leaders at multiple levels.

• Manage multiple high visibility programs of high complexity and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional global core teams, establish schedules and drive program meetings.
• Coordinate program governance, budgets, risks and issues, and change management.
