Celestica is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead complex hardware programs from concept through launch, coordinating engineering, operations, and customer delivery. You will create the integrated plan, manage milestones, and drive decisions to ensure on-time delivery and target cost.

You will build a strong core team, maintain risk and dependencies visibility, and translate technical details into concise updates for executives.

Qualifications

Proven success leading complex cross-functional hardware or systems programs.
Engages with design and systems engineers without needing deepest technical expertise.
Strong scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, change control and governance.

Responsibilities

Own delivery: plan and drive hardware programs from concept to launch.
Lead the core team across multiple functions and establish operating rhythm.
Build and maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, and readiness criteria.
Control execution: track progress, identify variance, drive corrective actions.
Manage risk and change through the product lifecycle process.
Translate complexity into concise updates for leaders and stakeholders.
Improve program-management practices and share knowledge with other leaders.
