Intrepidus Talent Solutions in the St. Louis area is seeking a Program Manager for a defense technology client. You will own execution from requirements through design, integration, test and delivery, coordinating daily with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and quality on site.

You will serve as the main point of contact for government and industry customers, ensure FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR compliance, and present status updates to leadership. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of program management in defense/aerospace/government contracting.
• Track record leading multidisciplinary teams and managing more than one program at a time.

• Run programs end to end against scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Lead internal teams and manage subcontractors and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and procurement.
• Build and maintain relationships with government and industry customers.
• Identify technical and programmatic risks early and drive mitigation.
• Present status updates, reviews, and reports to leadership and customers.
• Keep programs compliant with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR export controls, and the company's quality system.
