Job summary

Luxer One designs and deploys intelligent locker and access systems across North America. We seek a Senior Product Manager of Hardware to own hardware from concept to field deployment, balancing cost, performance, and customer value in a fast-paced, AI-enabled hardware ecosystem.

You will drive NPI programs, work with manufacturing partners, specify firmware requirements, price for the market, and present a compelling business case to enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of product management experience focused on physical hardware.
• Direct connected hardware experience: devices with cloud connectivity & fleet deployment.
• Real NPI ownership: from concept to production & field deployment.
• Revenue and margin accountability: pricing, business cases, commercial outcomes.
• Technical depth across the connected hardware stack: firmware, cloud, device management.
• Experience managing multiple hardware products simultaneously.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in PM thinking and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware product roadmap across the portfolio (control boards, IoT gateways, connected locker hardware).
• Lead end-to-end NPI: requirements, design reviews, DVT/EVT, manufacturing ramp, certification, field readiness.
• Collaborate with Las Vegas manufacturing and contract manufacturers on DFM, BOM, costs, and quality.
• Own lifecycle planning: EOL, cost reduction, platform succession.
• Define device telemetry, OTA update architecture, and fleet management capabilities with cloud/embedded teams.
• Drive commercial GTM: pricing, packaging, and launch coordination with sales leadership.
