Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Hardware to own the lockers, control boards, IoT gateways, and the connected device network powering our commercial deployments. You will drive product strategy from concept through manufacturing and field deployment with a commercial lens on cost, pricing, and scalability.

You will collaborate with manufacturing in Las Vegas and with contract manufacturers to ensure manufacturability, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive hardware product management experience from concept to field deployment.
Experience leading NPI programs with contract manufacturers.
Ownership of pricing, business cases, and go-to-market for hardware.
Experience with device management, OTA, cloud integration.
AI fluency in PM workflows and discovery.

Responsibilities

Hardware Portfolio Ownership and NPI: own hardware roadmap across commercial portfolio; lead end-to-end NPI with manufacturing partners.
Connected Device and Fleet Strategy: define telemetry, remote diagnostics, device management and OTA implementations.
Commercial and GTM Ownership: pricing, packaging, and launch strategy with sales and marketing partner teams.
Discovery and Technical Leadership: drive market discovery and translate signals into specs across firmware and cloud.
AI Application to Hardware: identify AI value in hardware products and PM workflow; apply AI tools to improve outcomes.
