Job summary

Luxer One in Sacramento, CA or Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Hardware to own the lockers, control boards, and connected device network that power our commercial deployments. You will drive the lifecycle from concept through manufacturing and field deployment with a commercial lens on cost, price, and market impact.

You are a hardware PM with deep NPI experience, fluent in how devices connect to cloud, manage fleets, and apply OTA updates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware NPIs from concept to field deployment.
• Proven ability to own BOM, cost targets, and manufacturability.
• Experience with firmware, cloud, and device management is a must.
• Strong revenue and pricing ownership in hardware markets.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware product roadmap across the portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end NPI programs with manufacturing partners.
• Define device telemetry, OTA updates, and fleet management requirements.
• Collaborate with embedded and cloud teams for integration.
• Partner with sales on go-to-market and pricing strategy.
