Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Hardware to own and grow the Charging portfolio. You will lead a global, cross-functional team to deliver an unmatched product experience—from concept through end of life—while collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing counterparts.

You will craft compelling product stories, conduct deep market and user research, and drive roadmap decisions with data-backed rationale. Hybrid offices in CA/NY/CO or remote in the U.S. are possible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with hardware context.
• Deep understanding of hardware development lifecycles, from concept to launch.
• Experience with connected electronics including firmware and software features.
• Proven ability to transform insights into a simple, data-backed narrative.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership to align teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a hardware product to maximize impact and customer satisfaction.
• Craft a product story rooted in deep customer insights.
• Identify and resolve issues across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market and user research, competitive analysis, and studies.
• Write and manage PRDs; facilitate timely decisions.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle with engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize features balancing cost, timeline, and user experience.
• Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders clearly.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, scientists, marketers, and analysts.
• Contribute to vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware portfolio.
