ŌURA is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Hardware to own and grow our Charging portfolio. You will drive an unmatched product experience in close collaboration with a global, cross-functional team.

You will lead initiatives from concept through end-of-life, partnering with hardware, software, design, and marketing to deliver customer value and business impact. A hybrid/office-friendly role with regional pay considerations is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products.
• Deep understanding of hardware development including design phases, manufacturing, materials, compliance, and quality.
• Experience with connected electronics including connectivity, compute, battery, firmware, and software features.
• Successfully taken hardware products from concept to commercial launch with minimal supervision.
• Ability to combine consumer, technology, and business insights into a simple narrative with data to back it up.
• Ability to quickly analyze and propose creative solutions under pressure and constraints.
• Strong execution to move projects forward and unblock tricky situations with empathy.
• Excellent written and presentation skills for clear thinking and decision-making.
• Natural curiosity and willingness to try new things and learn from experiments.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: own a hardware product to maximize impact and customer satisfaction.
• Storytelling: craft a product story rooted in customer insights.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve product issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Market & User Research: conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies.
• Requirements Management: write and manage PRDs and track progress.
• Product Development Lifecycle: support lifecycle from concept to end of life with engineering/design.
• Prioritization: balance cost, timeline, and experience.
• Communication: keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.
• Collaboration: work with designers, engineers, scientists, marketers, and analysts.
• Roadmap support: contribute to vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware portfolio.
• Go-to-market: assist with positioning, pricing, and readiness.
