Job summary

Nayax, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Hardware Product Engineer to own the hardware roadmap end-to-end and drive third-party integrations. This role requires hands-on ownership with a focus on EV charging and unattended-payment hardware, impacting markets worldwide.

The position is based in Schenectady, NY, and requires onsite work five days a week. You will report to the CTO, Energy, and collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning hardware roadmap end-to-end.
• Experience in EV charging, IoT hardware, or unattended-payment hardware.
• Comfort with global markets and regional certification considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the hardware roadmap for XLynk and Manufacturing Partner lines.
• Own third-party hardware profile, vendors, specs, and integration status.
• Define and manage global hardware requirements and market approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and compliance to align hardware strategy.
• Oversee hardware compliance and certification across territories.
• Lead hardware and third-party integration testing before release.
