Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and analyzing products through full life cycle using 3D CAD.
• Experience creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs) with GD&T.
• Experience leading small, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide small-group technical oversight.
• Serve as a technical resource to the organization.
• Collaborate in multi-discipline teams to solve engineering problems.
• Create 3D CAD models and drawings for RF product designs.
• Develop prototype hardware designs and coordinate fabrication.
• Perform hands-on integration and test support for prototype hardware.
• Hold design and drawing reviews with peers and SMEs.
• Manage suppliers for built-to-print or build-to-spec RF products.
