Job summary

ATOMS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own hardware issue management for anomalies found during lab testing, production, and field deployments. Based in San Francisco, you’ll coordinate intake, triage, and verification through to closure, working closely with technicians, test operators, and field engineers.

You will manage Linear workflows, set priorities, and publish status updates on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field; 6+ years in program management or similar.
• End-to-end ownership of hardware or physical-product issue management.
• Experience administering issue trackers (Linear, Jira) and reporting views.

Responsibilities

• Own issue intake across garage, lab, test benches, and field.
• Administer Linear structure: teams, projects, states, templates, routing.
• Run daily triage, assign owners, actions, and dates.
• Drive closure with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams.
• Define process, SLAs, escalation paths, and reporting cadence.
• Leverage GraphQL/API integrations to reduce manual entry and automate status updates.
