Job summary

Atoms seeks a Senior Program Manager to own hardware issue management from intake to closure across lab testing, garage work, and field deployment. You will oversee Linear adoption, triage, and cross‑functional coordination with engineers, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure timely closure.

You will work onsite five days a week in San Francisco, coordinating with technicians and test operators while maintaining clear status reporting and documented processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field is required, with 2+ years in program management or a similar role.
• Experience managing hardware or physical product issue processes from intake to closure.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware issue intake across garage, lab, testing benches, and service vehicles.
• Manage Linear setup: teams, projects, workflow states, templates, routing, and saved views.
• Run daily triage: set severity, priority, assign owner, next action, and committed date.
• Drive issues to verified closure with Eng, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field teams.
• Maintain tracker process: severity/priority definitions, escalation paths, and SLAs.
• Publish status on cadence: open volume, aging, closure rate, top issues, and blocked items.
• Use Linear GraphQL API, integrations, and automation to reduce manual entry and keep data current.
