Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the design and development of enterprise server, compute, or data center hardware platforms.
• Deep expertise in x86 and/or AMD-based system architecture, hardware design, and low-level platform validation.
• Strong background in PCB schematic design, EDA tools, hardware bring-up, and debug.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and development of Lenovo's next generation ThinkSystem server platforms, helping shape the future of AI, cloud, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead hardware development from concept through production, including design, validation, issue resolution, and product launch.
• Mentor and lead a talented team of engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration across global development organizations.
• Partner with architects, senior engineering leaders, and executives to define product direction and deliver breakthrough infrastructure solutions.
• Work directly with customers to understand their technical needs and develop customized solutions that drive business success.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex hardware issues while setting engineering standards and best practices across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and robust quality across platforms.
