Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
Expert knowledge of BAS hardware, DDC/Niagara, and control systems.
Experience leading engineering teams on large mission-critical projects.
Strong knowledge of field wiring, panels, and integration with IT/OT.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware engineering across BAS projects with focus on DDC/Niagara control systems.
Develop and enforce engineering standards and reviews for quality deliverables.
Mentor Level 5 engineers and build technical leadership across the department.
Coordinate with software leadership to align hardware and software execution.
