You will shape hardware initiatives that empower AI-related offerings and research, ensuring robust design from inception through manufacturing and maturation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience leading multi-discipline hardware teams.
• Hands-on design and deployment of high-volume enterprise servers.
• Experience with system-level analysis.
• Proven track record delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hardware engineers and technical program managers.
• Deliver development, implementation and reliability for accelerated GPU offerings.
• Define implementation strategy and report status to senior leadership.
• Manage ODMs and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Plan ahead to avoid defects and drive problems to zero.
