Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior leader to deliver development, implementation, and reliability for accelerated GPU offerings in AWS. You will lead a team of hardware engineers and program managers, managing ODMs and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute a complete product lifecycle from inception to deprecation.

You will define implementation strategy, report status to senior leadership, and drive hardware quality to zero defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing multi-discipline hardware development teams.
• Technical experience in compute and/or storage systems design, deployment and production operations.
• Hands‑on experience in designing, developing and operationally supporting high volume enterprise servers.
• Hands‑on experience with system‑level analysis.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineering teams to deliver development, implementation, and reliability for accelerated GPU offerings.
• Define implementation strategy and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with ODMs and internal stakeholders to execute end‑to‑end product delivery.
• Report status to senior leadership and drive issues to resolution.
• Mentor engineers and program managers to improve performance and delivery.
