Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking an experienced hardware engineer to own the design, development and lifecycle of accelerated servers for AI/ML workloads.

You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, scalable server solutions and drive deployment in data centers. The role involves leading cross-discipline engineering, partnering with ODMs, and ensuring product reliability across a growing fleet of servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or computer engineering.
• Experience in English-language communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with design, innovation, and R&D.
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, storage, network, security, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead design, development and root cause of a new segment of accelerated servers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and architect scalable solutions.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams and manufacturing partners to bring servers to the data center.
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
