Job summary

Amazon's AWS Trainium team seeks a Sr. GPU/Accelerator Hardware Development Engineer to lead design, validation, and integration of high-performance compute hardware for AI training in our data centers.

You will collaborate with silicon, firmware, and software teams, drive end-to-end hardware development, and push for higher compute density, power efficiency, and reliability.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in EE, 5+ years in high-speed system design, and experience with lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with high-speed system design and validation.
• Experience with schematic and layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design, validation, and integration of hardware in AWS fleet through full life cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS monitoring and hardware design teams to improve quality and reliability.
• Drive multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment to meet time-to-market and cost goals.
