Job summary

Axiado, a Silicon Valley–based AI-enhanced security processor company, seeks a Senior Hardware Engineer to drive product development from concept to production. The role centers on embedded computing systems, with hands-on board design, schematic capture, PCB layouts, and laboratory validation.

You will collaborate across hardware, software, and mechanical teams to deliver high-speed interfaces and robust hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hardware engineering experience.
• Hands-on board design with schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and practical lab validation.
• Experience with embedded computing systems and servers (x86/Arm).
• Familiarity with FW, Linux and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive product from concept to production.
• Be actively involved in system design on embedded computing system products.
• Create hardware specs and develop test plans.
• Collaborate with Layout, Mechanical and SI engineers to complete designs.
• Bring up systems and perform engineering validation in the lab.
• Interact with cross-functional teams for technical discussions.
• Address challenging problems and issues.
• Handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Engage and drive HW builds and procurement.
