Job summary

Axiado is seeking an agile, results-driven VP of HW Systems Engineering to lead our hardware organization from concept to high-volume production for the TCU products. This executive role requires hands-on design and debugging, lab leadership, and the ability to navigate supply-chain constraints while guiding senior engineers and contractors.

You will drive DFM/DFT, mass production, Axiado security hardware, and interface with ASIC, silicon, firmware, and software teams.

Qualifications

• 20+ years hardware engineering leadership in server/data center/semi ecosystems.
• Proven track record bringing complex boards to high-volume production with high yields.
• Hands-on circuit design, lab equipment use and platform debugging.
• Strong knowledge of OCP DC-SCM standards and related form factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead TCU-based embedded systems from concept to high-volume production.
• Drive DFM/DFT, factory test coverage and production yields.
• Oversee field returns analysis and corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with ASIC, silicon, firmware and software teams for root-cause fixes.
• Lead first-silicon and platform bring-up, EVT/DVT lab testing.
• Represent the company in OCP and industry hardware forums.
• Manage supply chain relationships and reactive board-layout pivots.
