Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior hardware engineer to lead the complete design cycle of our hardware products, from specification to prototype bring-up and validation, collaborating with mechanical, signal integrity, PCB layout, and compliance teams. You will work cross-functionally with product management, software, operations, and quality assurance, driving early hardware issues to resolution, and supporting factory builds.

A BS in EE/CE and 8+ years of hardware development are required.

Qualifications

• BS EE or CE; MS EE desired.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in hardware development.
• Hands-on design, bring up and debugging of PCBs for products launched to customers.

Responsabilités

• Complete design cycle of Palo Alto Networks hardware including specification; component selection; schematic entry; layout oversight; prototype bring-up, debug and validation testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, software, operations and quality assurance.
• Support at the factory for engineering builds and production.
