Broadcom Inc. seeks a Principal Hardware Engineer to lead a design team delivering ultra-high-performance electronic products.

You will own all aspects of EE hardware design, from BOM creation to validation and sustaining across the product lifecycle. In a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, you will collaborate with Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Packaging and Manufacturing engineers and guide cross-functional teams from inception to volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 12+ years of related experience.
• Lead hardware design across circuit, BOM, and validation.
• Experience with SOC integration and high-power PCB layouts.

Responsibilities

• Own design and validation of ultra-high-performance hardware.
• Collaborate with ASIC, mechanical, thermal, diagnostic, packaging and manufacturing teams.
• Support customer trials, field issues and product sustaining.
