- • Perform product engineering for various Modular Avionics Unit (MAU) sub-assembly end items
- • Lead the design and development of advanced hardware systems for aerospace applications
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to quality standards
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hardware performance and reliability
- • Report to the Engineering Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development
- Experience in a Product Engineering role, including creating M.I.s/Deviations
- Experience with the Teamcenter IR/ECN process, MOD Board, Change Impact Analysis process, and Configuration Management tools
- Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
- Experience with hardware testing and validation
- Experience with embedded systems and familiarity with relevant design tools and technologies
- Candidate must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain export authorization
