Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled hardware engineer to own the design and validation of a server subsystem in the United States. You will ensure designs meet functional specs and collaborate across teams to deliver quality products on time.

The role requires strong hardware design/validation experience, hands-on CAD skills (Cadence Concept, Allegro), HFSS/Maxwell familiarity, and PDN analysis. You will drive safety standards and PCB stack-up construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in EE or CE with 5+ years experience, or Master's with 3 years, or PhD with 0 years.
Experience in system-level development, preferably in server/CPU/GPU/network/storage.
Experience in hardware design and validation.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with HFSS and Maxwell design tools.
Experience validating hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Experience in PDN analysis.
Hands-on board design knowledge, including Cadence Concept and Allegro.
Experience shipping products.
