Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to advance the design and validation of server boards used in EC2. You will own architecture, development, validation and operations across high-speed interconnects, multi-core processors, and memory subsystems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor others, and drive technical programs with ODM partners to deliver reliable, scalable server hardware for a dynamic cloud environment in Cupertino, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hardware products development experience.
• 2+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and validation for AWS server components.
• Collaborate across domains (interconnects, processors, memory) to ensure robust boards.
• Own architecture, development, validation and operation of component boards for EC2 servers.
