AWS Hardware Engineering is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of server hardware components for AWS EC2. You will own boards from architecture through validation, working across high speed interconnects, multi-core processors, and memory, and partner with ODMs to deliver robust, scalable hardware for our cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of new hardware products development experience.
• 2+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware component boards from architecture to operations.
• Develop hardware design and validation for server hardware.
• Work on high-speed interconnects, multi-core processors, and memory.
• Contribute to the success of EC2 servers by owning the component board end-to-end.
