Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to advance our server hardware design and validation. You will own the component board from architecture to operations and work across domains including high-speed interconnects and high-capacity memory.

You will engage with ODM partners, lead validation test plans, and contribute to AWS EC2 hardware delivery at scale. AWS emphasizes an inclusive culture and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of new hardware products development experience.
• 5+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware component boards for AWS servers from architecture through validation and operations.
• Work on hi-speed interconnects, multi-core processors and high-capacity memory.
• Collaborate with ODM partners to drive technical programs and test plans.
