Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join the Hardware Development Department in San Jose, CA on site.

You will design and develop hardware architecture for next-generation router and network switch products, focusing on high-speed interfaces, signal integrity, and thermal management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with processor SoC, DDR memory, FPGA, and SERDES, plus board bring-up, power management, and cross-functional collaboration with

Qualifications

• Experience with board bring-up and validation of electrical testing for circuit signal quality.
• Proficiency in designing and validating power management devices and conducting stress testing.
• Strong understanding of high-speed signal analysis, jitter, crosstalk, and SERDES interface simulation.
• Ability to perform thermal analysis and select appropriate materials for heat dissipation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware architecture for next-generation router and network switch products.
• Work on high-speed interface design, analysis, and 800G line cards support.
• Analyze requirements and select processors, memory, FPGA, and power management devices.
• Finalize hardware architecture, create high-level designs, and perform schematic capture and design analysis.
• Perform PCB stack-up modeling, SI/PI analysis, and thermal management.
