• End-to-End System Design: hardware board design and system architecture from concept through production for high-performance systems.
• Technical Validation & Tools: high-speed digital design, SI/PI, PD, reliability testing with Cadence and lab instruments.
• Strategic Leadership & Delivery: lead complex multi-site initiatives with silicon vendors and CM partners.
• Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
• Leadership & Influence: influence senior technical and business leaders with clear communication.
• Innovation & Industry Impact: track record of large-scale products and industry contributions.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term hardware architecture and roadmaps for high-performance networking systems.
• Lead major multi-disciplinary hardware initiatives from concept to product release.
• Act as escalation point for architectural, SI, PI, reliability issues.
• Communicate technical strategies across business units and engineering disciplines.
• Establish reusable design methods and verification standards for board design.
• Guide senior engineers through architecture reviews and tradeoffs.
