Qualifications

• Experience taking board designs from concept through production, including schematics and layouts using Cadence tools.

Responsibilities

• Define board-level architecture and design direction for complex networking products.
• Lead hardware initiatives from requirements through validation and manufacturing release.
• Resolve signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, and manufacturability challenges.
• Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional investigations.
• Mentor engineers and improve hardware delivery processes.
• Communicate risks, options, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
