Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Hardware Board Design in Milpitas, CA. You will shape multi-year hardware architecture, drive high-performance networking products, and collaborate across ASIC, signal integrity, power and software teams.

You will lead architecture reviews, guide senior engineers, and participate in executive reviews, vendor engagements, and standards activities while aligning roadmaps with Cisco Silicon One goals.

Competenze

• End-to-end hardware design and system architecture for high-performance networks (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, SerDes).
• Experience with Cadence tools and advanced lab instrumentation.
• Leadership in multi-site engineering initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Define long-term hardware architecture and roadmaps for high-performance networking systems.
• Lead major multi-disciplinary hardware initiatives from concept to product release.
• Act as senior escalation point for high-risk architectural, signal integrity and reliability issues.
• Develop and communicate strategies aligning multiple engineering disciplines.
• Establish reusable methods and verification practices for board design.
