Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Hardware Architect to lead the architecture and development of advanced semiconductor test systems for DRAM and Flash memory. You will own the system-level hardware design from concept through production and act as a technical leader across digital, analog, power, FPGA, and ASIC teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive design decisions with customers and executives, and shape the product roadmap by delivering robust, high-performance hardware solutions for

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hardware design and system architecture experience.
• Strong PCB design expertise on complex multi-board systems.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed digital design and interconnects (DDR, PCIe, SerDes, USB).
• Hands-on SI/PI analysis experience.
• Experience leading hardware products from concept through manufacturing and customer release.
• Semiconductor ATE experience and memory test experience (DRAM, NAND Flash, HBM, DDR).

Responsibilities

• Own system and board-level architecture for next-generation memory testers.
• Lead design across digital, analog, power, FPGA, and ASIC domains.
• Drive hardware development from design through validation, manufacturing, and release.
• Resolve complex technical and customer issues via root-cause analysis.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define future product architecture and roadmap.
• Mentor engineers and serve as a technical advisor to customers and senior leadership.
