Job summary

Teradyne seeks a senior hardware leader to design IC testers for memory markets, guiding system and board-level architecture from concept to production. The role requires hands-on ownership of complex high-speed designs, SI/PI expertise, and cross-functional collaboration across teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Ownership of complex hardware systems from concept through production.
• Experience leading board-level circuitry including high-speed design and FPGA-based systems.
• Expert knowledge of high-speed interconnects (DDR, PCIe, USB, SerDes) and SI/PI in multi-board systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware development from concept through design, test, manufacture and release.
• Influence system and board-level architecture for large-scale hardware systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to peers and junior engineers.
• Solve complex design issues, perform root-cause analysis for mission-critical applications.
• Develop scalable, high-quality production hardware solutions through collaboration.
