Job summary

Mob Entertainment is a startup multimedia studio known for Poppy Playtime. We are seeking a skilled 3D Artist to design and build high-quality interactive props and environments for Unreal Engine 5.

You will own the full asset pipeline, collaborate across disciplines, and help create immersive horror visuals with modular, reusable kits. Strong portfolio and teamwork are essential for success in our fast-growing studio.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of hard surface props and realistic game art.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and level/world building.
• Solid fundamentals in composition, lighting, color, and form.
• Ability to work iteratively with design, art and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build realistic interactive props and objects for gameplay.
• Own full asset pipeline from blockout to final textures.
• Collaborate with designers, artists and animators to hit visual targets.
• Ensure assets are modular, reusable, and performance-friendly in Unreal.
• Polish assets and maintain strong silhouette/read.
• Contribute to environment art including architecture and structures.
