Honey Homes, Inc. is hiring skilled handymen to service a defined Dallas territory of 40–50 homes with a steady day schedule. The role emphasizes multi-trade home repair including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and smart home device installation.

Expect 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call. Compensation ranges from $31–36/hour plus a $1500 bonus, plus equity in the business, and 100% paid health, vision & dental.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
• Experience across residential home repair and upkeep.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance across multiple trades.
• Carpentry: doors, trim, framing, repairs.
• Painting and drywall patching.
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, minor pipe repairs.
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, small wiring tasks.
• Smart home device installation.
• Manage 40–50 homes within a territory.
