Honey Homes in Dallas/Austin and several major US cities is seeking skilled handymen to service 40-50 homes within a dedicated territory. The role offers a steady, weekday schedule, no nights or weekends, and equity in the business.

You will perform home repair across multiple trades, from carpentry to electrical tasks, with strong emphasis on reliability and customer service. Benefits include 100% health/vision/dental, a 401(k), life insurance, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience.
• Experience across multiple trades under skilled carpenters, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability; can independently assess and fix most home issues.
• Attention to detail in caulking, patching, and painting.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; own tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Carpentry: doors, trim, framing, repairs.
• Painting and drywall patching.
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, minor repairs.
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, small wiring tasks.
• Smart home device installation.
• Manage 40-50 homes in a small territory and provide excellent customer service.
