Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring skilled handymen to service a dedicated territory of 40–50 homes with steady, predictable hours. The role offers competitive pay ($36/hr, about $75,000/year) and comprehensive benefits, including 100% company-paid health, vision and dental, plus PTO and holidays.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm with no evenings or weekends. You will perform home repairs across multiple trades, grow your skills, and use an app to track tasks and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
• Experience across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance across multiple trades.
• Carpentry, painting, drywall patching; plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Install smart home devices and ensure home safety and functionality.
• Manage a portfolio of 40–50 residential homes within a territory.
