Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience in P&C Insurance environments.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi‑release Guidewire programs across client engagements – from inception through hypercare.
• Define and own target‑state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, rating, CRM, document management, data, and financial systems.
• Establish non‑functional requirements, performance engineering strategies, and oversee data conversion, migration, reporting, and analytics design.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services – including pipeline development, offering design, pursuit support, pricing, proposals, and go‑to‑market asset creation.
• Develop and operationalize reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators, including packaging and publishing them for availability in the Guidewire Marketplace.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, risk management, vendor coordination, UAT, training, release readiness, and production support operating models.
• Provide strategic input into EY's Guidewire practice strategy and contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop top‑performing teams, foster an inclusive culture, ensure EY risk, independence, and security standards.
