Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to guidewire technology-enabled transformations for insurers. You will lead large, multi-release programs across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and digital portals, defining architectures and overseeing data migration and analytics.

You will build reusable assets, manage global delivery, and mentor teams while advancing EY’s Guidewire practice strategy. The role emphasizes hybrid client service with a strong focus on leadership, strategy, and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with extensive experience.
Leadership experience managing large, multi-workstream programs.
Experience with Guidewire or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs from inception to hypercare across client engagements.
Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, CRM, data, and finance systems.
Oversee data conversion, migration, reporting, and analytics design across channels.
Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services, including pipeline development and go-to-market assets.
Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Guidewire Marketplace.
Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, and risk management.
Contribute to EY's Guidewire strategy and thought leadership.
Mentor teams and ensure compliance with risk and security standards.
