Job summary

EY seeks a senior leader to deliver large, multi‑release Guidewire programs across client engagements—from inception through hypercare—covering environment strategy, release planning, and cutover for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital portals.

You will define target architectures, integrate core Guidewire apps with digital portals, rating, CRM, data and finance systems using APIs and accelerators, and drive non‑functional requirements and data migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 10+ years of experience OR Master's with 8+ years.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, and related enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements—from inception through hypercare.
• Define and own target-state architectures integrating core Guidewire applications, digital portals, rating, CRM, and data systems.
• Establish non-functional requirements and oversee data migration, reporting, and analytics across channels.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services, including pipeline development, proposals, and go-to-market assets.
