Job summary

EY is seeking a senior delivery leader to guide large, multi‑release Guidewire programs across client engagements, from inception through hypercare. You will architect target states, integrate core Guidewire apps with digital portals and data systems, and oversee nonfunctional requirements, migration, and analytics.

You will mentor teams, build reusable assets, and influence EY's Guidewire practice strategy while maintaining senior client relationships and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with substantial experience in insurance tech.
• 5+ years leading large, multi-workstream Guidewire/digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, ReactJS/Angular, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define architectures integrating Guidewire, digital portals, and data systems.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, data migration, and analytics across channels.
• Develop market activations, proposals, and go-to-market assets for EY services.
• Build and mentor delivery teams, manage budgets, roadmaps, and governance.
