Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Leader to drive large-scale Guidewire and digital transformation programs across client engagements. You will define target architectures, lead delivery, manage budgets and teams, and mentor staff in a globally integrated EY practice.

You will collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, shape strategy, and advance EY's Guidewire marketplace initiatives while ensuring risk management and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 10+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements.
• Define and own target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, rating, CRM, and data systems.
