Job summary

EY is seeking a senior guidewire program leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release initiatives for property and casualty clients. You will shape target architectures, data strategies, and API integrations across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and related portals.

You will mentor teams, lead global delivery, manage budgets, and engage senior stakeholders while advancing EY's Guidewire offerings and marketplace assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with extensive experience in large insurance technology programs.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles managing multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, ReactJS/Angular, and related enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define target architectures, API strategy, and data/migration planning for multiple Guidewire modules.
• Establish non-functional requirements, performance engineering, and accessibility standards.
• Drive market activation, pipeline development, and client relationship management.
• Build reusable Guidewire assets and manage delivery teams, budgets, and governance.
