Job summary

EY seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end delivery of Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements. You will define architectures integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and digital portals, while overseeing data migration and analytics.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years leading large-scale transformations, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of market-facing strategy and reusable asset development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with 8+ years (Master's 8+ years).
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing large, multi‑workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi‑release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define and own target‑state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, CRM, data and financial systems.
• Establish non‑functional requirements and oversee data conversion, migration, and analytics design.
• Drive EY's Guidewire services market activation, including pipeline development, pricing, proposals and assets.
• Develop and operationalize reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Guidewire Marketplace.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, governance, risk, vendor coordination, and production support models.
• Provide strategic input into EY's Guidewire practice strategy and thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop teams while upholding EY risk management and security standards.
