Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Guidewire Architect to lead large, multi‑release programs across US client engagements. You will define architectures, drive integration of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and digital portals, and build scalable delivery models.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership of Guidewire/digital transformations, with strong stakeholder engagement and a track record of cloud/DevOps tooling, data migrations, and governance. Hybrid work in the US is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Tech with 8+ years on related guides/transformations.
• Minimum 5 years leading large, multi‑workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs with budget and people accountability.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, ReactJS/Angular, and related integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, portals, rating, CRM, and data systems.
• Establish performance, accessibility, data migration, and analytics designs across all channels.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services and maintain senior client relationships.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Marketplace publication.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, risk, and training.
• Provide strategic input into EY's Guidewire practice strategy and thought leadership.
• Mentor teams and ensure compliance with EY risk and security standards.
